How do I import CHM files?
Tap the "+" button on the Documents page, then select the CHM file you want to import from your device. You can also use the Files app or other apps to share CHM files directly to CHM Reader.
Why are some characters displayed incorrectly?
Some CHM files may use different character encodings. While reading, tap the encoding button in the toolbar to switch between different encodings (such as UTF-8, GBK, Big5, etc.) until the text displays correctly.
How do I bookmark a document?
While reading a document, tap the bookmark icon in the toolbar to add the current document to your favorites. You can access all your bookmarked documents from the Favorites tab.
Does the app support offline reading?
Yes, CHM Reader fully supports offline reading. Once you import a CHM file, all content is stored locally on your device and can be read without an internet connection.
How do I adjust the font size?
While reading, tap the text size button (Aa) in the toolbar to open the font size settings. You can use the slider to adjust the font size to your preference.
What's the difference between Free and Pro versions?
Free users can import up to 3 documents and access the first 5 pages of each document. Pro users enjoy unlimited document imports, full access to all pages, advanced search functionality, and an ad-free experience.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the subscription page and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore any previous purchases associated with your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device, find CHM Reader, and tap "Cancel Subscription".
